Refund policy

HOLIDAY 2026: Any purchases made between November 1st, 2026 and December 31st, 2026 will be eligible for return or exchange through January 31st, 2026.

Please note, due to the intimate nature of underwear, sleepwear, and loungewear, we cannot accept worn or laundered garments. All items must be in sealed packages or unworn.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

If we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, or your merchandise was damaged, please contact us before making a return so that we can assist you immediately.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product, no problem! You have 30 days from your purchase date to initiate the exchange. You can even start shopping for your exchange before we receive it back. Please click above on the “Start your return or exchange” and follow the instructions.
